•    Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians in the Fuze Assembly and Explosive Filling departments.
•    Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all operations.
•    Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
•    Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.
•    Provide training and guidance to technicians on best practices and safety procedures.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
•    Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
•    Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and maintenance activities.
•    Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
 

Educational Qualification:

Diploma as Operator in Chemical Plant from NCVT or equivalent.

Experiences:

Proven 8+ years’ experience similar role in a company manufacturing ammunition, fuzes or explosives. Strong attention to detail and precision. Hands-on experience of working in a controlled environment with potential exposure to hazardous materials with strict safety protocols.
