Leads the Expins DBB Transition team through each stage of the DBB project, ensuring that there is:-
Clear planning and time management of activities and deliverables; Full completion of all activities on time and in full to ensure deployment timelines are met; Operates as the Expins single point of contact for overall project activities; Transparent, strong & clear communication – both within Expins, towards the OpCo and the DBB Project regional team – enabling a collaborative but appropriately-challenging approach; Full stakeholder alignment with Expins MT and their teams in partnership with the DBB Project regional team. Together with the Transition Team, resolves and unblocks issues when they arise.
Requirements:
Work experience of 6+ years. A strong people leader who can create and build a successful team environment. Leadership experience of business transformation projects, initiatives, digital project deployments or ERP transformations. Cross-functional experience which fosters an end-to-end way of thinking. A strong analytical and conceptual thinker, who can bring a structured approach to topics, even when they are outside their field of expertise. English proficiency: advanced.
