Corporate and Legal Solutions (IFRS / Consolidation)

Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Some of the things you will be doing:

Manage the process of production and coordinate with clients, local accountants and auditors under senior manager/ head of supervision, Prepare or review (consolidated) annual accounts, reporting and other deliverables depending on the level of complexity, Prepare/ review memos to support accounting treatment for complex transactions (especially under IFRS), Assist and coach junior staff, Participate in appraisal processes, Design and deliver training on technical topics, Be aware of information security threats and concerns, own responsibilities and liabilities, Support organizational security policy in the course of normal work, Reduce the risk of theft, fraud, misuse of facilities and human error

 

 

What technical skills, qualification and experience do you need?

Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent, 5-7 years working experience in audit, consolidation matters and reporting, Very good knowledge of IFRS (especially for holding, real estate, private equity) and consolidation, Knowledge of Consolidation Software is an asset, Strong communication skills and work well in a team, Being accurate, flexible, hands-on and deliver the best work when facing a tight deadline, Fluent in English (written and spoken). Any additional language (German and/or French) is an advantage
