Experienced Rigger/Splicer in Saco
Pay: $19 - $25 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: M-F 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift

• Performing various splices, including double braid, single braid, and whiplock, while obtaining and maintaining splicer certification
• Inspecting products for quality, reconciling descriptions and bills of materials, and ensuring accuracy before adding value
• Operating and monitoring machines for efficiency, following preventive maintenance schedules, and performing routine upkeep
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues to maintain smooth operations
• Complying with quality assurance standards, packaging requirements, and safety protocols
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Experienced rigger/splicer with strong math skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and strong hand and finger dexterity
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions
