Job Description

Our maintenance team takes great pride in ensuring that their club looks and feels sharp! They bring to the role fantastic teamwork, excellent technical skills and clear understanding of reactive and proactive building maintenance in delivering a safe and welcoming environment for customers and fellow colleagues alike.

You will;

Acknowledge, welcome and assist customers in all areasLive our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility and SolutionsPrompt upkeep of the building, facilities and all Rank assetsReporting, fixing and escalating all equipment and building issuesCan create, implement and deliver a preventative maintenance program for the club in discussion with the managementCarry out all necessary daily, weekly and monthly inspections and checks; liaise with any local authorities and Rank health and safety managers as requiredEncourage a culture of preservation, protection and safety in the club at all timesEnsuring that the building and surrounding area is kept clean, tidy and in good working order.Maintaining the décor, fixtures and fittings of the building to the required standard.Receiving, checking, and storing goods received under the correct conditions.

QualificationsKnowledge and understanding of current statutory, safety and health regulationsExperience in facilities or building management in any industry.Any relevant technical qualificationsAbility to remain calm under pressure, and deal with unprecedented situationsMust be 18+ & have right to work in the UK

This is a full time position (40 hours per week)

The pay rate is £17.72 per hour.
