Job Description & Summary

A career in Deals Advisory - Valuations will provide you with the opportunity to provide comprehensive valuation services to businesses and investors across various industries. Work with a team of experts who are committed to delivering accurate, insightful, and strategic valuation analyses that support our clients' financial and business decisions.


You will be responsible for supporting the execution of valuation engagements, including the analysis of financial statements, market data, and economic conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of valuation methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients to deliver high-quality valuation services.

As an Experienced Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the projectPrepare deliverablesContribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumenKeep up to date with local and national business and economic issuesEnsure you are adhering to compliance mattersWork on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience

Degree in Accounting, Finance Business or a related field

Previous experience gained through an internship in valuations, financial analysis or investment banking is an added advantage

Strong grasp of fundamental principles of valuation principles, methodologies, and financial analysis techniques.

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience

Able to demonstrate ability to interact with people of different backgrounds and build meaningful relationships

Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen

Proficiency in office suite ie (Google Suite/MS365)
