Job Description
The Quality Specialist conducts call grading and internal audits (process audits), summarizes audit findings, reports findings to the Quality Manager, and acts as a resource to Company on quality matters.
Responsibilities
* Audit protect service and relocation bonus reports for inaccuracies, dry run report to ensure dry runs are properly handled, cross dock report to ensure docks are added correctly including the rates and exit and negative first impression surveys.
* Write and post Quality Reminders.
* Assist in the writing of the new hire owner operators training modules involving quality assurance.
* Work with the Quality Manager to identify trends and quality improvement opportunities within the Panther Fleet, and to identify trends and quality improvement opportunities.
* Work as an internal auditor when scheduled.
* Review, analyze, and address treatment complaints involving the fleet, escalating findings to appropriate parties when needed and identify best practice behaviors that exemplify excellent customer service.
* Research service failures, including coaching contractor as needed and correcting inaccurate failures.
* Report findings from report audits to appropriate parties.
* Provide back-up phone support on Off Pro experience calls.
* Maintain new hire owner operator training collateral.
* Identify quality improvement opportunities and provide suggestions on how to prevent critical errors as well as identifying system improvement needs and work to implement them.
* Demonstrate Company values and communicate them effectively.
* Collaborate with other personnel, both within and external to the department, to ensure designated projects are completed.
* Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Requirements
Experience:
* 3 years Quality Management System training and its implementation, preferred
* 1 year quality system auditor, preferred
Computer Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Details
Work Hours:
* Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
Compensation:
* This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
