As an Experienced R&O\nMaintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in\nensuring the maintenance and repair of our equipment and systems. Your\nexpertise in maintenance and troubleshooting will be instrumental in\nmaintaining the reliability and efficiency of our operations. You will report\ndirectly to our Maintenance Manager and you’ll work out of our designated\nlocation on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact\non the uptime and performance of our equipment. Your ability to diagnose and\nresolve issues quickly and effectively will contribute to the overall success\nof our operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform routine maintenance and\nrepairs on equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine\nthe root cause of problems
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the\nreliability and longevity of equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional\nteams to address maintenance needs and priorities
• Maintain accurate records\nof maintenance activities and equipment performance
YOU MUST HAVE• Minimum of 3\nyears of experience as a maintenance technician in a similar role
• Strong\nknowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for equipment and systems
•\nAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent\nproblem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational\nskills
• Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field
•\nExperience working with complex machinery and systems
• Knowledge of safety\nregulations and procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
•\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
