To assist 24/7 Director in every day business aspects of the center from customer service, group and personal training.

Responsibilities The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, personnel management ability, multi-task management skills, public speaking and interpersonal skills. He/She must have an understanding of the practical application of exercise in varying populations.Applicant will be required to work a 40 hour work week with a flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends.  Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, Sports / Recreation management or related field required, Masters preferred.

Management/supervisory experience preferred.

Minimum of 3 years working in a fitness setting.Nationally recognized exercise certification and CPR/AED required.Physical Requirements: Applicant must be able to effectively demonstrate all fitness equipment and exercises on both land and water. Must be able to input data into the computer in an accurate fashion. Must have the ability and confidence to speak clearly in regard to instructing customers.
