**Work location:** Texas Health Physicians Group, 9250 Amberton Parkway, Dallas, TX 75243
**Travel Required: U** p to 75% of the time. Will rotate duties between offices (currently but not limited to the Dallas & Rockwall locations).
**Work hours:** Full Time Days (Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week.

**Here’s What You Need**
· Bachelor's Degree Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology or related field (Required)
· 3 months experience in Cardiac Rehab (Preferred)
· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly (Required) And
· ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 Days (Required) And
· CCES - Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist (Preferred) Or
· RCEP - Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (Preferred)
**What You Will Do**
· Assess patient health risks, needs, and interests.
· Exercise and pharmacologic stress test supervision, including preliminary test interpretation.
· Conduct fitness evaluations in accordance with testing guidelines and assist in the development of comprehensive individualized exercise program.
· Develop exercise prescriptions/programs tailored to the unique needs of the cardiovascular patient in accordance with the diagnosis and orders from the provider.
· Work with lab manager to maintain proper maintenance of testing equipment, and reports any malfunctions in a timely manner, while maintaining a safe and clear environment
· Provide administrative support as needed, including but not limited to assisting patients with registration for cardiac rehab, receiving phone calls, providing information on cardiac rehab services, assists in scheduling appointments.
