Position Overview:

The RTX ESG - Enterprise Infrastructure Services Executive Support team is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide dedicated support and productivity guidance to the RTX Executives and Administrative Assistants. 

This position is based in McKinney, TX will provide support locally and remotely in other regions.  Relocation assistance is not available.

The position provides comprehensive technical support and training for PC hardware and software, smartphones, tablets and other devices used by executives and their admins.

The Executive Support Technician delivers the highest level of service, providing immediate responsiveness to requests and issue and is available outside of standard business hours as necessary. 

The Executive Support Technician is also required to provide support at off-site events, with travel as needed.

What You Will Do

Duties of this position include providing all computer/laptop support to designated executives to include:

Configuration of all executive/admin computer systemsConfiguration and setup of printers/mobile devices (iPhones/iPads)Configure, setup and maintenance of all software and hardware systemsProvide and coordinate remote event support as required by the executive(s) or Executive Support Manager. Some travel will be required.Provide all computer desktop/laptop support at executive’s home offices.Provide software upgrades/updates as appropriate on all computer systems.Stay abreast of new and emerging technologies to improve executive productivity by testing, evaluating and recommending new products to enhance productivity and efficiency of the executive computing environment.Support leadership team onboarding/cross-boarding/offboarding, including asset deployment and Windows domain management, for RIS Executives and Administrative Assistants

Qualifications You Must Have

5+ years of applicable, technical work experience in a professional/corporate service environmentTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.PC technical support, remote communications, local area and wireless networkingWindows 10 operating systems, MS Office 2016/O365, end user support, iPhones, iPads, VTC, printer, remote events, networking, software installation and configurationOutlook/iPhone/iOS troubleshooting skills and expertiseStrong technology troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issuesStrong technology skills with video conferencing systems including Zoom, MS Teams, Poly VTCMust be able to travel up to 25%

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
