Hire Resolve’s client, a reputable company in Limpopo, is looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join their team.

:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,
Sales, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus. At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial support or executive assistant role, preferably in a commercial, operations, or production environment. Familiarity with ERP or project management software. Previous experience working in a similar industry or role. Strong understanding of sales strategies and commercial operations. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management. Familiarity with production processes and issue resolution. Experience with HR functions and employee management. Proficient in using office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting
tools. Excellent communication, problem–solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast–paced environment.
