【業務内容】
GEヘルスケアファーマ 社長秘書として、主に下の業務を担当いただきます。
・各種スケジュール管理、出張手配、経費精算
・タウンホールやキックオフミーティング、マンスリーニュースレターなど、社内広報活動業務の企画、運営及びサポート
・海外ビジターの来日ロジスティクスサポート
・その他、各種プロジェクトや社内横断的な活動への参加 など
【応募条件】
・Executive Assistant の経験 3年以上
・ビジネスレベル以上の英語能力(会話、メール作成 など)
