This position provides secretarial and administrative office support. This position is not responsible for providing care to patients.

Responsibilities Provides administrative support to a supervisor or department.Prepares correspondence, including composing routine letters and memos.Schedules appointments and maintains supervisor or department calendar.Makes arrangements for meetings and conferences.Establishes and maintains confidential files.Orders and maintains supplies for department.Provides additional general office support such as greeting and directing visitors, handling incoming calls, and processing mail.Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesDemonstrated effective communication and human relation skills.Knowledge of business writing.Ability to prioritize tasks received from multiple staff members and determine the order of importance.Ability to use discretion and judgment when scheduling appointments and in screening calls.Ability to coordinate work processes with other departments, community, governmental, or regulatory agencies.Knowledge of the objectives and policies governing the activities of the department and be able to effectively communicate this information to interested parties. Qualifications QualificationsRequiredTwo years of full time secretarial experience.Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
