Executive Recruiter, Corporate Functions, Vice President

The Executive Recruiter for Corporate Functions will oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts. This role involves partnering with business leaders to identify, engage, and recruit senior talent. Responsibilities include ongoing candidate engagement, market mapping, and confidential project work. Building strong client relationships and providing strategic thought leadership are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment from approach to completion.

• Serve as the primary recruiting contact for Corporate Functions.

• Source candidates through various channels and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Understand business recruiting needs.

• Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation.

• Conduct compensation discussions with hiring managers and candidates.

• Provide market data to support client needs.

• Partner with stakeholders for recruiting strategy and senior hiring.

• Utilize the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.

• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple searches.

• Expert networking and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with direct sourcing and selling opportunities to candidates.

• Effective interpersonal skills at all levels.

• Innovative, creative, and results-oriented.

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Experience handling sensitive/confidential information.

• Knowledge of executive compensation packages and negotiation skills.

• Strong executive presence and quick thinking.

• Understanding of Asset Management and FinTech business and market.

• Agency or executive search experience preferred.
