This role would manage (2) Regions within the Financial Client’s Americas portfolio. There are (7) Regions. Although a client role, this will be a CBRE/ T&T fulltime employee. This is a hybrid role and will require the selected candidate to work from the client’s office in New York City a minimum of three days per week. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. **What You’ll Do:** + Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. + Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. + Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution. + Ensure that contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout are accurate, timely, and compliant. + Monitor billing, accounts receivable collection, expense monitoring and control, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA. + Work cross-functionally with other business lines to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. + Identify complex project risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation and backup plans. + Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans. + Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity. + Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department. + Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline. **Cross-Functional Roles & Responsibilities:** •Work with the BU to understand their business environment, needs, and preferences. •Work with Real Estate and Strategic Planning to understand the portfolio strategy. •Work with Transaction Management, Design Management, Space Planning, Procurement and Engineering to develop a comprehensive and detailed project plan. •Provide managerial oversight to construction management and general contractors. •Support the cost management and change order management processes, including budgeting, estimating, forecasting, aligning and realigning, monitoring and payment. **What You’ll Need:** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Strong understanding of construction risk areas. + Demonstrated knowledge of office fit-out, infrastructure, trading floors, MEP and technology spaces (as needed per type of Project Manager). + The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions. + Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. + Results oriented with strong Project Management skills, and expert interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. + A solid understanding of the commercial real estate industry in the areas of financial analysis, project management, construction, ethical practices, business operations, marketing, and business development. + Advanced financial skills and knowledge to review financial reports prepared by others. + Ability to report to client’s offices site and projects. **Disclaimer:** _Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner &Townsend was consolidated into a single global business entity. The minimum salary for this position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $180,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
