Executive Personal Assistant
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate setting Administrative Support: Assist the Executive PA with day-to-day administrative tasks Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Executive PA Scheduling and Coordination: Help organize and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Coordinate logistics for meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing meeting materials Ensure all necessary arrangements for executive travel, including itinerary planning, transportation, and accommodations Information Management: Maintain and update confidential files and records Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for executive meetings Manage databases and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information Communication Act as a liaison between the Executive PA and internal/external stakeholders Draft, proofread, and edit communications as required Ensure timely and effective communication between the executive office and other departments Special Projects Assist with special projects as directed by the Executive PA Conduct research and gather information for various initiatives and reports Support the planning and execution of corporate events and functions General Office Duties Order and maintain office supplies Ensure the executive office is tidy and well-organized Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive PA or executive team Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
