Our client is searching for an Executive PA their Johannesburg North Offices
Duties Functions and Tasks
Drafting of communication to various stakeholders
Managing stakeholder relationships at executive level
Administration of due diligence processes from a record keeping collection and collation perspective
Management of virtual data rooms
Creating Executive Board Level PowerPoint Presentations
Systematic maintenance of the Filing system from inception of document to archiving
Executive travel coordination international and local conceptualising and coordinating of group conferences
Creating board reports
Extensive research on an adhoc basis of various projects
Diary Management and scheduling of meetings including catering and venues
Call Screening and receiving visitors
Managing day to day operations of the office including ordering of office supplies
Relationship management at Board Level
Working closely with Company Foundation on CSI projects
Requirements
Matric/ Grade 12
Relevant PA Course/ Qualification
10 years PA experience at executive or senior management level in a medium to large sized organisation
Own transport an advantage
Project Coordination experience is preferred
Proven ability to work effectively at a senior level with shareholders
Strong written and oral communication skills
Advanced MS Office skills
Resilience highly organized and able to work under pressure
Project coordination and high attention to detail
Confidentiality and maturity with high EQ
Strong interpersonal skills
