**Overview**
The Executive – Talent Operations Excellence plays a key role in supporting talent process management, by handling HR related activities including pre-boarding, on-boarding, offboarding, internal mobility, probation administration and more. This role leads on ensuring accurate data entry, reporting and ongoing maintenance of employee data. They continuously create and evolve operational processes towards best practice, to ensure efficient and optimal service delivery for our wider talent team and the business. This role sits at the center of the talent team, connecting the dots between different verticals to deliver a best-in-class employee experience at Publicis Groupe MENA.
**Responsibilities**
**Technical & Product** :
+ Handle employment related enquiries, providing support to employees on HR topics – resolving issues where possible or referring complex/sensitive matters to management when needed.
+ Manage day-to-day employee procedures (e.g., joiners, leavers) for assigned markets, covering for Operations Excellence teammates when needed.
+ Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition teams (e.g., posting jobs on Applicant Tracking System)
+ Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and new benefits
+ Support on talent related projects, change management initiatives and process improvements
+ Develop and generate reports from single or multiple systems, along with processing and maintaining confidential data according to guidelines
+ Ensure talent processes comply with established policies and regulatory standards
**Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency** :
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and regional labor laws
+ Look for ways to improve operations to deliver better value to the business
**Innovative & Analytical Mindset** :
+ Ensure talent dashboards (joiners/leavers) are constantly updated to enable accurate reporting to the business
+ Flag any themes or observations noticed in data to management and/or project leads

**Qualifications**
+ 0-3 years of experience in a similar role (HR administration, operations, analytics or related field)
+ Any HR-related certificate is a plus
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
+ Excellent time-management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
+ Thought knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and other HR related systems
+ Ability to learn new HRIS and talent management systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, performance management tools)
+ Practical experience of generating process documentation and reports
+ Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
+ Strong presentation skills, able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
+ Excellent active listening skills
+ Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
