About the Job

Are you a proactive and dynamic Office Administrator looking to join a global ASX listed blue chip organization and take the next step in your career? This opportunity is potentially suited to a graduate with a couple of years’ experience as the avenues for career development are varied.

Your role will be to provide effective administrative support to ensure our executive office operates smoothly and efficiently. You will enjoy collaborating with our Regional Executive Leadership team, using your initiative to help manage the day-to-day operations so our senior leaders can focus on making our business even more successful.  Based at our Macquarie Park office, this role reports directly to the Senior Executive Assistant.  

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Support the diary management of our senior executives, ensuring meeting rooms are booked and well maintainedEnsure that our executive leaders and their guests have an enhanced and personalised experience when in the officeIdeate and create meaningful events as directed by the Senior Executive AssistantManage onsite facilities (executive kitchen, board room, etc) to ensure a clean and safe workplaceLiaise and support on special projects and initiatives in partnership with Human Resources, Finance, IT and Supply ChainAssist with the arrangement of significant domestic and international travelManage and maintain relationships with external suppliers including catering and travel partners
