**Job Title** Executive Managing Director, Enterprise Sales **Job Description Summary** The EMD Enterprise Solutions will be the senior regional leader responsible for developing new Enterprise accounts for Cushman & Wakefield. This role involves being the ‘face to the market’ for GOS in their home region and representing Cushman & Wakefield’s GOS business locally, regionally, and globally. The EMD will ‘own’ the development of solutions aligned with each individual customer’s unique requirements and culture. **Job Description** **ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES** + Develop new multi-year, multi-geography account relationships for the Firm by proactively engaging the market, direct prospects, and other network channels. + Be visible and active in key industry organizations such as CoreNet Global, IAOP, ULI, or other professional organizations which provide access to key CRE decision-makers. + Present Cushman & Wakefield’s platform, differentiators, and service offerings to prospective clients, aiming to meet or exceed annual new business revenue (margin) targets. + Work closely with heads of RE/FM and C-suite contacts to develop solutions for client needs. + Lead the effort in responding to RFI’s and RFP’s for multi-service line/multi-geography pursuits by overseeing deliverables from a pursuit team of pricing managers, solutions managers, proposal managers, peers from other regions, service line SMEs, brokers, etc., to drive successful outcomes. + Lead yellow pad/white board sessions with clients, prospects, and consultants. + Ensure that Cushman & Wakefield’s service offerings create a competitive differentiator in the marketplace. + Provide fully transparent sales and prospecting reporting through platform-standard tools. + Perform other related duties as required or requested. **SCOPE OF WORK** Contacts: + **Position Title:** CEO and Global Commercial Executive Director GOS + **Reason for Contact:** Presentation of potential deal terms for approval. + **Position Title:** Executive Managing Director, Regional Lead GOS + **Reason for Contact:** Work closely with GOS regional lead on pursuits that are in their region. + **Position Title:** PDS, FM, PLA, TM Executive Managing Directors + **Reason for Contact:** Work closely with service line leaders to pursue new accounts and present innovative solutions. **Annual New Business Sales Targets (EBIDTA – M3):** Greater than $2 million per annum. **EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING** + College Degree a minimum requirement; Graduate degree preferred. + Requires ten or more years of experience. **Financial & Commercial Acumen:** + Possess a strong understanding of the risks and opportunities in the outsourcing business and how CW GOS generates EBITDA and manages risk. An understanding of how large occupiers manage occupancy costs and risk. **Customer-Focused (formerly Client Orientation/Sales):** + Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
