effective communication and efficient execution of initiatives The role requires strategic thinking exceptional leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization to support the priorities of the President Responsibilities include but are not limited tomiddot Assists with coordination and management of the operations of the presidents office to maintain organizational efficiency and effectivenessmiddot Supports management of Office of the President initiatives as needed This includes o Execution of major Hartford HealthCare events including the planning and management of event responsibilitieso Monitoring tracking and evaluating the value of new existing and proposed Hartford HealthCare events and sponsorships o Creates and maintains event and project work plans to manage priorities and mitigate risksmiddot Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information building trust and ensuring confidentialitymiddot Collaborates with system leadership to ensure effective messaging and opportunities for audienceparticipant engagement are appropriate and maximized at major Hartford HealthCare eventsmiddot Creates comprehensive meeting materials including agendas presentations meeting minutes and other project supporting materials and tracks completion to ensure high quality and integrity of deliverablesmiddot Organizes and prioritizes a high volume of information and requests recommending process improvements to enhance departmental workflows and triage requestsWork where
