The Executive Director of Cloud Transformation will own and lead the end-to-end process of migrating our internal ERP systems from on-premises infrastructure to Oracle Cloud. This senior role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience in similar transitions and a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate has successfully driven such transformations within a company setting rather than in a consulting capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a comprehensive cloud migration strategy for ERP systems, aligning with organizational goals and optimizing business processes.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.

Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage project risks while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Conduct periodic status meetings with executive leadership to provide updates and insights into the migration progress.

Oversee the technical aspects of the ERP migration, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and business processes.

Utilize domain knowledge of Oracle Cloud to guide decision-making and resolve technical challenges.

Develop comprehensive change management strategies to prepare and support the organization through the transition.

Facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance team capabilities and adoption of new cloud-based systems.

Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards and regulations during the migration.

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement cloud security best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience as a senior expert on the delivery side in multiple organizations, with a track record of successful ERP migrations to cloud platforms.

Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions and best practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive process improvements.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
