The primary purpose of the Executive Director is to provide comprehensive leadership to, and spiritual oversight of, the school, serving as a crucial intermediary between the Board of Directors and the school. The Executive Director is tasked with a range of critical duties, including assisting site principals with staff development, financial management, academic progress, and the cultivation of the school’s spiritual vision and mission.
