As the Executive Director, Prescription Drug lead within the Benefits Department at JPMorgan Chase, you will manage and enhance our Prescription Drug offerings and other benefits programs. Your role will encompass leading a team of benefits professionals, identifying trends and opportunities, and enhancing the employee experience in these areas. Additionally, you will oversee, evaluate, and implement changes to these benefit programs, monitor plan performance, regulations, and market trends. You will also manage, assess, and implement modifications to other benefit programs such as dental and vision.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Prescription Drug and Dental/Vision TeamEnsure effective collaboration and communication with other teams and stakeholdersEvaluate vendors’ ongoing performance and manage programs’ financialsIdentifying marketplace trends and opportunitiesEnsure efficient resource utilization and progress monitoringEnhance employee experience across prescription and other drug offeringsSupport communications activities related to prescription drugs, dental and visionMonitor legislative and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with new and existing requirementsEmpower teams to achieve goals and adjust priorities as neededRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate benefits, benefits consulting, or health plan/prescription benefits managers/health insurance/insurance fieldsStrong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing multiple teams.Deep understanding of the prescription drug marketplace, contract and financials related to employer sponsored insurance programs (large employer experience)Analytical skills with an ability to innovate and drive unique approaches and solutionsExperience in a strategic, analytical, or metric-driven environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, managing multiple deliverables simultaneouslyAbility to effectively lead and collaborate across internal and external stakeholdersBachelor’s degree requiredPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience working for a large Employer’s Benefit team (50,000+ employees)
