ResponsibilitiesDevelop and drive the specific and overall Operational Delivery FSP strategy to ensure optimum performance and achievement of annual plans and targets.
Implement the Client FF 2.0 Operating Model through effective change management.
Collaborate across multiple divisions, including FSP leadership, Business Development, Talent Acquisition, and Project Delivery, to support proposal processes and client presentations.
Partner with talent acquisition and functional leadership to ensure resource availability and tailored training for FSP client needs.
Continuously improve business processes in collaboration with leadership to support FSP delivery.
Lead change initiatives within the Operational Delivery FSP group and coordinate with broader FSP team and relevant Functional Groups.
Strengthen and coordinate governance of the Client FSP book of business and participate in risk management and blocking issue processes.
Act as a key point of contact for critical issues in strategic FSP accounts, guiding the team in identifying and solving problems.
Develop FSP modeling, oversight, and metrics to meet client requirements and participate in governance.
Manage project risks and contingencies, advancing issues to Senior Management as necessary.
Coordinate budgeting activities, including annual and long-range forecasts, and participate in budgeting for FSP Clinical projects.
Contribute to the strategic agenda of the Operational Delivery team through open dialogue.
Lead, develop, and mentor the FSP Operational Delivery Lead team in cooperation with FSP leadership.
RequirementsProven track record of implementation and training in developing and growing large accounts and partnerships.
Outstanding leadership ability to support business through rapid growth and change.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to assess revenue, margins, and cost efficiencies.
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or licensed certified health care training or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills and abilities
15 years+ of clinical trials experience with a history of successfully developing/operationalizing strategic drug development plans. At least 4 years of clinical program leadership.
Proven experience developing and managing the budgets and resources of a segment of the business
