Executive - Customer Service

Responsibilities:
Handle and process customer orders and enquiries according to internal processes and work instructions. Daily collaboration with internal stakeholders on order delivery and stock availability Support the team and lead improvement teams involving process and cost optimization. Tracking and recording customer complaints, and proactively acting upon to achieve claims reduction Regular daily and monthly reporting
Requirements:
Degree in any related field Proactive in engaging with relevant internal and external stakeholders Basic SAP and Excel Knowledge Good Problem Solving Skill, critical thinking Good Communication Skill Proficient in written and spoken English (proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage)
