**Role Overview** **Sodexo** has a great opportunity for an **Executive Chef 2** for **Northeastern State University** located in **Tahlequah, OK.** Northeastern State University is located in Eastern Oklahoma at the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. The Executive Chef will be responsible for all culinary operations and the ideal candidate will be an energetic, polished Culinary Professional. Joining us at one of our campus sites enables you to positively influence college students' well-being and create a healthy learning environment. **Incentives** Relocation assistance is offered for this role. **What You'll Do** This Executive Chef designs, supervises, coordinates and participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel at a University account that has operations on 3 campuses. This position is recognized as the technical expert, teacher and trainer for other chefs and cooks within the account. Selects and develops recipes and other items for clients. Develops menu, implements and trains HACCP, oversees/purchases food, establishes production levels and inventory controls, interviews and hires new chefs, manages/controls food cost issues and offer solutions, may train other chefs outside account.
