**Unit Description** Sodexo is #NowHiring our **Executive Chef 2** for the **Atlanta Braves Training Camp in Venice, FL.** Our successful candidate will work days _typically_ , with the ability to manage the evening shifts and weekends especially during Spring Training. Our Leader will have a comprehensive knowledge of Latin Food with a focus on Dominican and sports performance cuisine. **The successful candidate will:** + Interacts professionally with Major League Baseball Players, management and staff + Bilingual Spanish - English is preferred + Manage Sports Nutrition for our team's success + Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance + Develop and motivate team members to produce sports focused culinary innovations + Be responsible for purchasing, menu innovation, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting + Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems **Is this opportunity right for you?
