**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The foremost role of an Executive Casino Host is to oversee all aspects of strategic relationships with a specific group of up to 600 VIP Players. The main purpose of you will be to develop a lasting, growth-oriented relationship with each customer through a combination of in-person and on-the-phone sales activities. You will report to the Director of Player Development.
**Primary Tasks:**
You will generate casino revenue through the development of VIP accounts while maximizing existing revenue streams utilizing our active databases and implementing creative marketing programs to draw new to-property VIP guests.
Build loyalty among valued VIP customers by building relationships by utilizing marketing, upscale sales techniques, and personal contact (phone, email, text, and in person) to maximize gaming revenue goals established by the management team.
You will develop database of VIP customers to include document each contact with customer via the current Player Development operating system, customer preferences, customer personal information.
Recruit VIP players utilizing Choctaw resources including transportation services, property amenities, and direct mail.
You will anticipate, promptly respond to, and exceed the needs of guests including transportation and accommodation arrangements.
Coordinate with other property departments for delivery of pre-trip itinerary; use partnerships throughout the property (Gaming, Hotel, Food & Beverage, etc.) to maximize smooth, high-end service delivery.
You will evaluate a player’s current and potential worth to offer comps within the parameters of the comp guidelines, build loyalty, and maximize return on investment.
Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and policies, and conduct themselves with the highest levels of integrity.

**Job Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Become knowledgeable of the hotel and casino, including all events, attractions and restaurants.
Manage several projects simultaneously with deadlines with a minimum of guidance and management.
Knowledge of standard computer applications.
Knowledgeable of budget process, financial statements, accounting principles, and property procedures.
3 or more years' experience in sales or marketing.
