Supporting our Sr VP, General Manager of our EMS Division, you will provide advanced administrative and business management support while remaining involved in the business and a true ambassador inside and outside of the company.

**Location:** Remote but in the Philadelphia/Aston PA or Southern New Jersey area
**Your Challenge:**
· Functions as the central contact for all Sr Staff members' meeting agendas, schedules, and action notices as needed.
· Coordinates administrative and logistical details associated with the day-to-day operations of the Executive.
· Performs a variety of secretarial duties, which may be complex or confidential to include travel arrangements, travel itineraries, agendas, advances, expense reports, submission of check requests, etc.
· May negotiate with vendors for office supplies, catering, travel services, and similar services.
· Prepares various spreadsheet reports to assist in data analysis.
· May provide instruction, direction and training for other administrative personnel as required.
· Attends designated conferences and meetings and takes and transcribes minutes.
· Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters proactively to ensure deadlines are met.
· Manage onsite meeting room space and supplies to ensure all materials are available for internal meetings.
**What you bring:**
· Post-secondary education in a business-related field, with a minimum of 5 years previous experience of support at the senior or executive level.
· Ability to anticipate and take independent action on handling requests; determine the appropriate course of action, intervene where necessary.
· Proven experience in preparing documents and presentations.
· Professional demeanor and trustworthy in handling highly confidential information.
· Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
· Superior organization skills with high attention to detail, precise, accurate, focused, action-oriented.
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft products: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams; SharePoint and Concur is desirable.
· Must be sole US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
· Willing to travel to sites, events and conferences as needed.
· Experience working in an engineering/manufacturing environment is an asset
