Executive Assistant to General Counsel

As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative functions to support the General Counsel.

In this role you will:

Maintain calendar for meetings, appointments, and travelScreen communication, including mail, email, and telephone callsMake travel arrangementsProvide administrative supportReview various contracts and agreements for compliance with Company policy and overall risk profileProvide general litigation support as requiredPrepare initial drafts of standard correspondence and agreements for review by supervisorPerform legal research under supervision

What you bring to the table:

Minimum 3 years experience required; 4+ years experience preferredTwo-year degree required; 4 year degree in Business, English or Pre-Law preferredKnowledge of legal concepts, corporate and employment lawOral and written communication skillsAnalytical and organizational skillsProblem solving skillsAbility to interact effectively and in a professional manner with diverse internal and external customersAbility to exercise good judgmentAbility to maintain high degree of versatility and initiative

Pay Details:

The hourly rate for this position is $26.00- $30.00; subject to change based on experience.

Work shift and hours:

Full-time, hourly, non-exemptMonday - Friday fully in-officeStandard business hours, 40-hour work weekPredictable work schedule to plan your life around: no weekends or nights for most roles.Paid time-off, including 3+ weeks of vacation, sick time, and volunteer time.
