What We Are Looking For * Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President & CEO with secondary support to other C suite leaders. * Support Board activities, including scheduling board meetings, preparing for upcoming meetings, taking notes during board meetings, etc. * Coordinate and manage a complex calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and personal commitments. * Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, remote work setup, and local transportation. * Monitor and manage the CEO’s inbox, responding where appropriate, flagging high-priority items, and ensuring timely follow-up. * Act as a key liaison across departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders. * Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance the CEO’s productivity. * Prepares Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of the President and objectives for the organization. * Takes and transcribes meeting minutes and composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents. * Creates and maintains databases and spreadsheet files. * Perform other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring * Bachelor’s degree preferred * Previous CEO admin support is requiredthat includes at least five years’ experience supporting a high-level executive at a publicly traded company * Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, experience in Visio and Project helpful * Must have the ability to manage diverse volume of work and manage appropriate priorities * Able to remain extremely professional, composed and competent in multi-task, rapid change environment * Proven discretion with highly confidential information/documents * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organization * Exceptional attention to detail * Solid experience with scheduling and travel coordination * Demonstrated ability to use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways * Ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results * Flexibility in work schedule for crunch periods is required **Title:** *Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer* **Location:** *SC-Rock Hill* **Requisition ID:** *2500001I*
