Position Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Hospital Senior Vice President, who oversees a three-hospital market. Key Responsibilities:

   •   Serve as a trusted partner to the Hospital Senior Vice President, managing daily schedules, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating high-level meetings.

   •   Communicate on behalf of the President, fostering strong relationships with physicians and internal/external stakeholders.

   •   Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, board presentations, and strategic initiatives.

   •   Oversee complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and event logistics with precision and efficiency.

   •   Act as a resource for special projects, providing research, reporting, and administrative support as needed.

   •   Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

   •   A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

   •   Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced setting.

   •   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

   •   A passion for healthcare and a desire to learn about hospital operations.

   •   Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively.

   •   Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience preparing professional correspondence and reports.
