One of Kforce's clients in the Baltimore area is looking for an Executive Assistant/Paralegal to join the team.
Responsibilities include:
* Provides clerical and administrative support to the team
* The Executive Assistant/Paralegal manages calendars, schedules appointments, files documents, prepares legal correspondence, conducts basic research
* Managing the administrative functions related to initial drafting of new leases, lease proposals, and lease renewals, verification of legal business names as well as organization of lease and lease-related documents
* Maintain all lease templates, communicating with Attorneys as needed on form changes
* Prepare lease abstracts in preparation for final lease execution
* Administer the execution process of all lease documents, including coordinating return documents to tenants and brokers
* Access & track tenant eligibility to exercise any lease options for leasing agents
* Prepare & track any monthly status reports regarding upcoming lease expirations and proactively review and create renewal documents for leasing team
* Assist & track and communicate to Leasing team on Lender Consent requirements for the portfolio
* The Executive Assistant/Paralegal will assist leasing team with input and management of data within CRM program
* Assist other market leasing teams on lease document execution
* Other duties of support within Leasing department as assigned
