Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Executive Assistant to support the Vice President at one of our largest tech clients. This role requires a strong focus and execution, managing a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests. The Executive Assistant will ensure appropriate urgency is applied, monitor, and track the Vice President's meeting priorities, emails, and act as a proxy when necessary. Additionally, the role involves managing travel, expenses, and all administrative support functions for the office, as

well as handling multiple tasks, documentation, follow-ups, and preparation for the Vice President to ensure timely action on deliverables.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendar management and scheduling for the Vice President.Prioritize and ensure appropriate urgency for a high volume of information and requests.Monitor and track VP's meeting priorities and emails.Function as a proxy for the VP when necessary.Manage travel arrangements and expenses.Provide administrative support functions for the office.Oversee documentation, follow-ups, and preparation for the Vice PresidentEnsure timely action on deliverables.

Required Skills

10 or more years of Executive Assistant experienceExperience acting as a Lead Executive AssistantImpeccable attention to detail.Ability to make smart and timely decisions.React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.Professionalism in dealing with experienced professionals inside and outside the company.At least two years of college required; bachelor's degree preferred.Seven years of experience supporting Vice Presidents or CEOs.Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
