Executive Assistant III
One of the largest tech companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring an Executive Assistant III to support a growing team. About the role: + 100% onsite in Seattle, WA Job Description We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support up to two directors within E-commerce platforms. This exciting position requires high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism whilst dealing with senior professionals both inside and outside the company. The successful candidate will require high attention to detail, bias for action, detailed planning, and strong organizational skills. You must be able to communicate well and take swift, effective action while proactively solving complex problems with little or no guidance. The position requires the ability to work successfully within a team environment, build effective working relationships, maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization, and become the 'go-to' person for support activities. Responsibilities + Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements. + Provide seamless support to senior leaders using prioritization of business activities. + Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements. + Handle expense reporting. + Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items. + Drive key team activities such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, supply ordering, and cyclical events such as annual planning sessions and performance reviews. + Work with other assistants throughout AWS. + Single-threaded owner of team events and meetings. Essential Skills + Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. + 6-7+ years of experience managing schedules for director and executive level management. + Ability to adapt to changing situations and go with the flow. + Proficiency in calendar management, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office. + Strong administrative and executive support skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in an executive administrative or administrative support role. + Ability to provide feedback on process improvements. + Opportunity to transition to a permanent role. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $39.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
