Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Associate General Counsel in the Legal Litigation Regulatory Department. This role requires strong focus and execution, handling a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and scheduling. The Executive Assistant will effectively prioritize amidst a flood of information and requests, ensuring appropriate levels of urgency. Responsibilities include monitoring and tracking meetings, priorities, and emails, acting as a proxy when necessary, managing travel and expenses, and providing all administrative support functions for the office. The role also involves managing multiple tasks and action items, documentation, follow-up, and preparation for the AGC's deliverables.
ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendar management and scheduling.Effectively prioritize amidst a flood of information and requests, ensuring appropriate levels of urgency.Monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails.Act as a proxy when necessary.Manage travel and expenses.Provide all administrative support functions for the office.Manage multiple tasks and action items.Ensure appropriate and timely action on deliverables.Handle documentation, follow-up, and preparation for the AGC's deliverables.Essential SkillsAbility to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance.Impeccable attention to detail.Ability to make smart and timely decisions.React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.High degree of professionalism in dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.At least two years of college education required; bachelor's degree preferred.6 years of experience supporting leadership.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience supporting VPs, or CEOs.Excellent PC skills.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
