Job Title: Executive Assistant I
Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant I to provide support to 2-3 Director-level executives within the Ads organization. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient operations by managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling expenses.

ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars using Outlook, including emails, meeting requests, and scheduling.Coordinate travel arrangements through Concur and Travel Source.Handle expense reports and related financial tasks.Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Slack, Chime, and Outlook for daily tasks.Collaborate closely with the hiring manager for onboarding and ongoing support.Work alongside a team of five other Executive Assistants.Essential Skills2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (e.g., Office Manager, Front Desk, Legal Assistant).Proficiency in managing complex calendars.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work on-site in Seattle, WA, five days a week.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Concur.Customer-facing, hospitality, or service industry experience.Strong Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting multiple executives.Advanced degree preferred but not required.Work Environment

This role is fully on-site in Seattle, WA, working closely with a dynamic and fast-paced team within the Ads organization. The position offers exposure to the ads industry and the opportunity to be part of a unique team with an amazing EA culture. The standard work hours are flexible, typically around 8 AM to 4 PM. You will be working in a collaborative environment with other Executive Assistants, supporting the Demand Tech Org and UI team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00
