Job DescriptionManage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangementsArrange and coordinate meetings and events, including preparing necessary materials and handling logisticsPrepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documentsConduct research and compile data to prepare reports and documents for meetingsAssist with personal tasks as needed, such as errands, reservations, and personal correspondenceMaintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documentsUphold a strict level of confidentiality and professionalismDevelop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clienteleProvide general administrative support

QualificationsProven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative roleProficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsAbility to multitask and work well under pressureHigh level of discretion and confidentialityMaster’s degree preferred
