Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 9am-5pm and this role is hybrid with three days in office and two days remote.

Responsibilities:

Assist COO with projects and tasks across multiple business areasSupport Finance team with employee expenses, accounts payable, and other tasksProvide administrative support, including scheduling, calendar management, and organizationMaintain relationships with building management and office vendors while overseeing office operationsCoordinate corporate events, including venue selection, catering, setup, and cleanup

Qualifications:

2+ years of experienceProficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SalesforceExcellent attention to detailExperience managing and supervising employeesStrong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation/Benefits:
