Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our organization. Our office is located near Katy Freeway & 610W.

Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for senior executivesCoordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itinerariesPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentationsHandle confidential information with the utmost discretionServe as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholdersOrganize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physicalManage incoming calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing as neededAssist in planning and coordinating company events and meetingsPrepare agendas and take minutes during executive meetingsHandle expense reports and process invoicesConduct research and compile data for various projects as needed
QualificationsProven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior-level executivesExceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Outstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretionStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independentlyExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and colleaguesFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesBachelor's degree preferred, but not required with equivalent experienceKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresAbility to take initiative and proactively identify areas for improvement
