The role
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will provide a critical support function to the senior leadership team.
Day-to-day, you’ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and assist with various administrative tasks. You will also:
Provide a high quality and professional service to the senior leadership team in Marine. Pro-actively manage and co-ordinate busy and complex diaries for the senior management team. Hold regular catch-up meetings with senior managers to ensure plans and priorities remain current. Ensure all recurring meetings are scheduled at least 6 months in advance to adhere to Group and Sector deadlines. Ensure senior managers work in each Marine location at least once every once each month (e.g., Rosyth, Devonport/Babcock Technology Centre (BTC))
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is adaptable and can be delivered from various locations including Bristol, Plymouth or Rosyth.
Essential experience of the Executive Assistant
Executive Support experience Proficient in Microsoft applications - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS Clear communication skills

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
