Executive Assistant to the CEO
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is integral to ensuring seamless operations by managing both professional and personal responsibilities for the CEO. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a strong sense of discretion and professionalism. Trustworthiness, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:Calendar & Scheduling: Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization of commitments.Travel Coordination: Plan and oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation logistics.Communication Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence, screening calls, and facilitating timely communication.Meeting & Event Planning: Organize logistics for board meetings and quarterly offsite events, securing venues, coordinating agendas, and arranging executive dinners.Expense & Budget Tracking: Process and monitor expenses for the CEO, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.Personal & Household Coordination: Assist with managing appointments, household tasks, and personal travel arrangements as needed (approximately 20% of the role).Key Requirements:Experience: 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.Communication Skills: Strong writing abilities with the capacity to produce clear, concise, and professional materials, including emails, reports, and internal communications.Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex schedules, travel, and logistics efficiently.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and team members while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.Adaptability & Flexibility: Comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-moving environment, with the willingness to adjust to shifting priorities.Commitment & Availability: Ability to work extended hours during peak periods while maintaining a balanced workload during lighter times.Benefits:Competitive compensation packageEmployer-sponsored health insurance (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with a 5% employer match A1410149DAL_1741617354 To Apply for this Job Click Here
