Essential Responsibilities
Providing administrative and organizational support including but not limited to prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously
Proactively engage on and see projects through to successful completion within strict deadlines
Plan, schedule, and arrange business meetings and travel itineraries
Prepare and reconcile expense accounts
Edit presentations, reports, spreadsheets, take meeting minutes, and support business reviews
Prepare, evaluate, and edit incoming and outgoing communications for multiple executive
Direct business contacts to appropriate managers
Coordinate onsite and offsite business meeting and events
Manage conference / huddle rooms and common office area
Raising and receiving purchases orders
Booking travel and managing expenses
Diary and meeting management
Raising and receiving purchases orders
Managing multiple projects and priorities and initiating follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments
Creating presentations for internal use
Assist with passport and visa requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
Degree from an accredited University
Extended experience in similar roles
Proven executive standing and ability to establish trusted relationship with the Leadership Team
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomously
Ability to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to draft clear and concise communications
Strong administrative experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills and teamwork
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Fluent in English and Italian
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
