Citizens Digital Infrastructure Advisory team is looking for an Executive Admin in our New York City office. This position will provide high-level executive administrative support to a team of Managing Directors and Directors. The ideal individual will have a strong business background with the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, well-developed organizational and prioritizing skills to effectively manage multiple projects, develop ideas, and solve problems. They will be assertive with a positive flair, have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of administrative, organizational, and attention to detail.
This role reports directly to M&A Advisory COO and works closely with Citizens Digital Infrastructure’s Sr. Business Support Manager. This position will lead and maintain good working relationships with the rest of Citizens Digital Infrastructure’s colleagues, clients, and vendors.
This is a 5 days a week onsite role.
Primary responsibilities include
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues. This includes sustaining a daily calendar of meetings and events.Arrange travel and accommodations for executives within Concur Travel/Expense platform. Prepare expense reports.Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.Ability to be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, outside normal business hours.Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed, in advance. Will work closely with the BSM to help with overflow work which may include: Event planning: Closed Deal Events, Conferences, and Team EventsEmail/Communication Review within the Citizens Compliance Global Relay PlatformProcurement within Aribia, Sourcing, APEmployee Onboarding/OffboardingConcur T&E training with new employees, and current staffTracking Compliance trainings for the team Deal administrative work such as, updating Salesforce, creating and editing distribution lists, etc.Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
6+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.High level of commitment, self-starter, and results driven.Demonstrated ability to prioritize, work unsupervised, and manage a varied workload.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Prior experience in project management.Solid numerical skills with an ability to understand basic financial documents.Hours & Work Schedule

The salary range for this position is $36.55 - $48.00 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
