AS AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, YOU WILL:
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events; Organize complex calendars and schedules; resolve any scheduling issuesPrepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents to support the organization's objectives.Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare expense reports.Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to effectively interact with the direct reports of the CEO and with the executive level of customer organizationsAbility to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.Ability to document meeting actions and follow up accordinglyDraft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved withAbility to help coordinate off-site meetings as neededBe responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hoursREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

In this role, the general working hours range from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST to ensure optimal support for stakeholders, but there can be flexibility with start and stop times. The position requires onsite presence four days a week, with the added benefit of one work-from-home day.
