Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.
Reporting to the Executive, Mastercard Cybersecurity, this position is responsible for providing support to the Executive and several senior members of their team. The function is fast-paced and dynamic and therefore requires a “can-do” person” with strong initiative and proven ability to build and maintain relationships. The role includes performing general administrative duties with excellence and little supervision, such as scheduling of meetings, creating end-to-end/multi-country travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, ordering supplies, and maintaining department records including the departmental budget and contract administration support. The incumbent plays a critical role toward successful achievement of the leadership team’s objectives.
Role
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•\tSchedule Management: Coordinate and optimize calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
•\tMeeting Facilitation: Organize meetings, take accurate notes, distribute minutes, and manage event planning and logistics.
•\tInformation Management: Research, organize, and present data or reports concisely for decision-making.
•\tTechnology Proficiency: Utilize office tools, communication platforms, and project management software efficiently.
•\tTask Prioritization: Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities seamlessly.
•\tExpense Management: Track, manage, and process expenses accurately and on time.
•\tConfidentiality Handling: Maintain discretion with sensitive information and uphold professional integrity.
•\tProblem-Solving: Proactively address issues and implement solutions with minimal direction.
The role supports to executives and senior team members who work and interact with global colleagues and clients.

•\tOutstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with proven ability to communicate complex concepts to a broad range of stakeholders.
•\tAdministrative experience in a matrixed corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and customers, and with confidential information.
•\tProficiency in MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Outlook; Oracle as well as technologies such as Skype, MS Teams, Zoom, travel booking tools like Concur etc.
•\tAccuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
