Assist the CEO with managing daily schedules as well as scheduling future meetings. Order and arrange lunch for meetings. Provide administrative support and ensure smooth operation of the executive office.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the CEO's daily schedule and coordinate future meetings.
+ Order and arrange lunch for meetings.
+ Provide administrative support including calendaring, scheduling, and correspondence.
+ Communicate effectively with C-Suite individuals.
+ Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and other administrative tools.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Experience in ordering lunches for meetings.
+ Strong calendaring and scheduling skills.
+ Comfortable communicating with C-Suite individuals.
+ 5+ years of experience in office management or as an executive assistant.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in administrative support and customer service.
Work Environment
Brand new office in a great area. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The company fosters a family-like atmosphere despite its rapid growth, providing opportunities to work closely with experienced experts in the construction field.
