This Executive Assistant role will support multiple Vice Presidents in the Partner Products team in the Expedia Product & Technology division of Expedia Group. Partner Products supports the two-sided marketplace, building the products and experiences our Partners use to onboard and maintain their supply so our travelers can find the right travel products at the right price. In this role, your EA expertise and passion for organization, utilization of your excellent communication skills, along with the ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of multiple Vice Presidents.
In this role, you will:
Manage and maintain multiple Vice Presidents’ complex calendars to ensure accurate scheduling and organization inclusive of making decisions on behalf of the VPs to ensure meeting requests support time management priorities and meeting hygiene objectives
Coordinate VPs staff meetings, events, and off sites, including agenda management, meeting logistics, off-site organization, and material preparation
Develop and lead administrative processes for a globally distributed team including but not limited to space coordination, procurement, alias management, internal / new hire onboarding, and event management
Coordinate domestic and international travel including scheduling and end-to-end logistics and timely expense report processing
Seek to improve efficiency for VPs and teams with processes, meetings, and schedules
Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with highly confidential and sensitive information
Experience and Qualifications:
You have 3 to 5 years’ experience of relevant work in a fast-paced environment
You have a high proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, in addition, you have experience with Sharepoint and Confluence management
You have experience with expense reporting and travel management tools (Concur & Egencia preferred)
You are highly capable managing multiple tasks and supporting multiple teams and leaders
You have experience working on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgement is required to resolve problems and making routine recommendations
You are an effective communicator, both written and verbal
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $66,000.00 to $92,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $105,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
